The Dodge Caravan ESS, proposed for 1998, has a tight short wheelbase and a hoped-for, but not demonstrated 215-horsepower modified V-6 engine. It features an AutoStick shifter with steering-wheel controls. It handles better than current production vans, but did not test faster.
