Article Abstract:

An inventor in Nevada has made claims that he has created an alternative fuel that is a blend of 55 percent water and 45 percent naphtha. The claims, however, have been unverified and appears to be another in a long list of attempts to use water as a fuel mixture to decrease pollution.

Why we need more speed and less Frank J. Wilson

Article Abstract:

The New Jersey transportation commissioner is resisting attempts to raise the state speed limit, saying that it would burn more gasoline and cause more pollution. Research shows that it is not so though, as cars run more efficiently the faster they go.
