Brief descriptions of the many new designs and upgrades that will be offered by the various 1997 import car models, are presented. Among the new developments it appears that sports cars are back in vogue, as witnessed by the new Acura 2.2CL, Jaguar XK8, Honda Prelude, and Hyundai Tiburon.
