Cadillac connections

Article Abstract:

The Cadillac Allante automobiles begin in Detroit, MI, as underbodies. They are then flown to Torino, Italy, where the assembly, painting and finishing of the bodies takes place at the Sergio Pininfarina plants. The bodies are then flown back to Detroit where the final production takes place.

Miller's tale

Article Abstract:

Harry Miller, born in 1875, was one of the most influential and creative figures in American automobile racing. The engines he designed set records on land and water, the cars he designed became works of art and he was a pioneer in supercharging, front-wheel drive and four-wheel drive.
