Article Abstract:

Former National Highway Traffic Safety Administration chief Joan Claybrook was a fervent advocate of air bags during her stint in the Carter administration. It is unfortunate she is not held more accountable for the fact air bags actually pose more dangers to certain people.

One Lap rolls in June

Article Abstract:

The 1993 One Lap of America will begin and end in Detroit, MI, and it will include Nelson Ledges and six other circuits. Ten categories for cars will include economy cars under $10,000. The International Motor Sports Association will oversee the event.
