The 24-year-old Nikolai Smolenski, Russia's youngest ruble billionaire bought a British sports car maker Peter Wheeler's TVR. The TVR range consists of models called the Tuscan, the Cerbera, the Tamora, the T350 and the T400R, all with variations of the 6-cylinder motor between 3.6 and 4.2 liters and power outputs from 350 to 440 horsepower
