According to five service station dealers affiliated with the American Automobile Association, operating an automobile towing service can provide a substantial supplemental income. Service stations can provide road service privately or by contracting through a motor club such as AAA. Motor club contracts provide less income per call, but tend to provide a higher volume of business.
