Three Rs of radiator service: repair, recore or replace?

Article Abstract:

Automobile radiator repair requires careful analysis of the radiator's age and the seriousness of the repairs needed. In general, if a radiator is between 2 and 3 years old, a recore or repair is probably best. Between 3 and 6 years, a judgment must be made, and if the radiator is older than 6 years, replacement is often the best move.
