Article Abstract:

The Washington Legislative Conference of the year 2004 saw the coming together of members of different groups in the space platform and the formation of a Space Exploration Alliance and they also urged the Congress to adopt a NASA budget to start funding for the Space Exploration Vision. The coming together of various groups marks a watershed in the history of space programs because the partners have always focused only on their limited agenda, forgetting the larger picture and it is hoped that the alliance will take positive steps for the benefit of human kind.
