Sharpening the focus on the space vision

Article Abstract:

The most important and crucial step is the issue of competent, credible leadership of the space program, however, a new NASA administrator offers the unexpected opportunity for profound leadership change, but the transition also threatens to lock in place much of the current staff. Some important strategies planned to solve the issue of leadership are presented.
