Remembering Columbia

Article Abstract:

The U.S. president George W. Bush's new vision of return to Moon, Mars and beyond could end being a first step in the long-term development of space and truly a tribute to Columbia space shuttle. The U.S. has a chance to set the global space policy agenda as the leader in world space community.
