Karen Astrid Larson, Lori Erickson and Carol Tannenhauser found ways to relax for a more peaceful life. Larson thought that meditation would not work for her, but now finds that it helps keep her in touch with what is really important to her. Erickson decided to start walking as her exercise routine. She found that the walking also benefitted her physically and psychologically. Tannenhauser is encouraged by the changes she has felt since starting yoga exercises a month ago.
