What was causing her pelvic pain?

Article Abstract:

A 31-year-old woman was experiencing acute low abdominal pain on one side. An ultrasound exam revealed a benign growth filled with gray hair, fat and teeth. This may have resulted from an incorrectly fertilized egg. A laparotomy corrected the problem.
