Article Abstract:

Questions about seven common skin problems are answered. Some, such as cellulite and stretch marks are permanent and neither creams nor liposuction will cure them completely. Tips are given on solving other problems such as aged looking hands, wrinkles around the mouth, and white bumps on the arms.

Article Abstract:

Atypical moles may put people at higher risk for skin cancer or melanoma. People with a number of atypical moles have Dysplastic Nevus Syndrome (DNS) and if this is a family trait, their risk for skin cancer is 10-20% higher. Tips are given on how to spot atypical moles and how to lower the risk.

Tips are given on how to combat common fingernail problems. The situations addressed are, thin nails, nails that split, peel, chip and break, stained nails probably from over use of dark polishes, and slow growing nails.
