Keeping your kids off cigarettes

Article Abstract:

Children need to be taught from an early age that smoking cigarettes is a bad habit in order to reduce the chances that they will begin smoking in their teenage years. Ways in which this can be taught include engaging in lots of physical activity, having them read tobacco advertisements, teaching them different ways to relieve stress and constantly communicating with children about everything that goes on in their lives.
