Common questions that frequently remain unasked due to patients' embarrassment are about bodily excretions and functions such as sweat, gas, hair growth, incontinence and constipation. The most embarrassing issues to discuss are painful intercourse and lack of sexual desire.

Issues relating to the actions of doctors in cutting corners with health care are presented. Five signs of such action are identified, such as advice to switch medication, in addition with guidelines on the action which should be taken by the patient in response.
