Heart disease is the number one killer of American women, yet research suggests that the adoption of a healthier lifestyle would dramatically decrease the heart-disease rate. Issues concerning ways to reduce the risk are presented, including diet, alcohol management, stopping smoking, medical tests, exercise, and anti-stress programs.
