The food industry is increasingly offering more food for the price in an effort to appeal to consumers' desire for value. Restaurants, concession stands, convenience stores and grocery stores are full of oversized food products, which make it more difficult for Americans to control their weight.

A person can be categorized into one of four types of personalities, after taking and scoring a quiz on attitudes and practices for good health. The types are the champ, the compromiser, the martyr, and the neglector. Traits for each type are discussed along with advice for change.

Article Abstract:

Ten fortified food types are evaluated. Products getting the highest rating are whole-grain bread with vitamins, calcium-fortified orange juice, and tofu with calcium. Lowest rating went to fruit snacks with antioxidants, and vitamin-rich meal replacement drinks.
