Modern life with so much to remember such as passwords and phone numbers, has put a strain on the human brain's memory sites. Many people fear that memory loss means the onset of Alzheimer's disease which kills 17,000 in the US yearly. Ten tips are offered to help restore the ability to remember.

Doctors are increasingly encouraging prayer among their patients as research increasingly supports its effectiveness. Of 212 studies of religious committment and medicine, 75% showed a correlation between faith and healing. Additional studies are discussed.

Research has shown that faith and religious devotion has a positive impact on individual health. Conversely, people who have a negative image of God seem to not fare as well when faced with serious illness.
