West Virginia posseses a colorful history marked by a fight for independence from England and their Eastern Counterpart. Certain sites remain in the land that serve as reminders of the civil war struggles. These include, Gen Stephen's house, and the towns Harpers Ferry, Sheperdstown and Martinsburg.

Touring the U.S. Virgin Islands

Article Abstract:

A tour of the Caribbean islands provides the American traveler with a respite from the coldness of winter in the mainland. Three interesting destinations in the Caribbean are St John, St Thomas and St Croix in the US Virgin Islands. One can go there either through cruise ships or by airplane.

Traveling the Chattahoochee Trace

The 'Chattahoochee Trace,' or the land along the edge of Chattahoochee River in Alabama and Georgia, features historical landmarks and rural communities. They include the 1831 Bryan-Worthington House and the 1914 Heritage House.
