Volpe Welty Asset Management: Altamera, California; Brayton & Hughes Design Studio

Article Abstract:

Volpe Welty Asset Management contracted Brayton & Hughes Design Studio to design a 3,000-sq-ft space in an office building in Alameta, CA. The client wanted a Mondrian-inspired informal setting for its reception and conference areas, three private offices and storage and filing. The designers used a free-standing double-sided cabinet to divide the open reception/lounge space. The workspaces were adorned with Native American artifacts, pottery, porcelain animals and paintings.
