Architects, Designers, Planners for Social Responsibility (ADPSR) and Sidney Philip Gilbert Associates (SPGA), in New York, worked together to develop the MOS/Otis headquarters in Moscow. The project involves the renovation of a 24-hour service and repair center in the area between the Moscow airport and the main city. The building includes offices for United Technologies Operations, Pratt and Whitney, Carrier Air Conditioning, and other companies. The MOS/Otis project is also modifying a nearby playground and hockey rink.

San Francisco-based MichaelVanderbyl specializes in multi-disciplinary design. His works have been recognized by Time magazine and have also been exhibited at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art. Vanderbyl creates the designs for graphics, products and interiors. He designed the bed and bath collection for Esprit, which has since gained acclaim in German and Asian markets. Vanderbyl believes that design should account for client's and consumer's intelligence and should also focus on reality.
