Article Abstract:
The 20th Century gallery at the V&A displays both individually crafted products and mass-produced ones. This is in contrast to traditional chronological exhibiting and adresses the issue of the role of exhibitions and whether they should preserve or educate the public. The exhibition is situated at the former gallery of British Art and Design.
