Boating enthusiasts celebrate the Christmas holidays by decorating their boats with lights and cruising the Spa Creek in Annapolis, MD. The tradition, which began in 1981, continues into 1997 with more aplomb as over 60 sailboats join the event.

Stan Crilly is a decorative painter whose specialty is in trompe l'oeil, which is French for 'deceive the eye.' This faux-painting technique uses paint to transform by making bold designs on floors, walls, marble and stone blocks.
