Newspaper baron Conrad Black has come up with the 'National Post' to compete with the three existing newspapers of Toronto, Canada. However, observers criticized the establishment of the paper because of the belief that 'The Globe and Mail,' the 'Toronto Star,' and the 'Toronto Sun' are enough for the three million readers of the city.
