Article Abstract:
The Paul J. Olscamp Hall, which was named in honor of Bowling Green State University president, was constructed to provide university students with a building that will integrate art communications with technology. The 95,000-sq.-ft. building was designed by a team from Toledo, OH-based architectural firm The Colloborative Inc., which followed the request for a windowless, but cheerful and comfortable structure. Instead of flourescent lamps, the interior of the building is lighted by natural light that passes through glass ceilings.
