Michelle Anaya and Richard Sonnenleiter transformed a 21,000-sq-ft West Los Angeles warehouse into an artist-friendly place that also provides a feel-good ambience to the 65 staffers of MCA Music Publishing. The duo succeeded in creating different atmospheres that ranged from serene to lively depending on the jobs to be done in each room. Rooves were designed to be either flat or tilted with spaces that were either open or enclosed.
