It's cheap but not nasty

Article Abstract:

Newspaper designers can check out the Master Series illustration library should they be faced with the problem of finding a good illustration quickly to complete their layouts on time. CDs from Masters Series offer newspaper designers who do not have the budget to hire illustrators the ability to access high-quality illustrations that can be easily matched to particular stories. More importantly, designers can use images from these CDs without spending too much, since the cost of these $299 60-image CDs averages out at $5 per image.
