Article Abstract:

The Tannenbaum tree is a Christmas tradition that originated from the Germans. History shows that the first German settlers in Philadelphia used matzebaum to decorate their Christmas trees. This tradition has been handed down to present-day Americans whose roots can be traced to the Germans.
