Article Abstract:

Japanese employees have a work ethic very different from that of their western caricature. Employees do not have to work hard, as there is overstaffing, yet they are expected to work long hours. Article Abstract:

He defends the council against criticisms such as the delay in selecting a chairman and that it lacks policies. One of the councils new policies is giving priority to regional design projects.
