Dak Magic

Article Abstract:

Dakota Jackson designs and makes innovative, challenging furniture at a profit and aims to install his own production manager in a company with a $3 million turnover via a $1 million contract. Jackson's organisation is production management intensive and more flexible by being smaller. His first products were luxury one-off items, and Jackson's products remain slick, despite his claim that there is an element of awkwardness in his works. He appreciates the media's power in selling products, with his designs entertaining as well as accomplished.
