Propaganda Films has reported an increase in its clientele due in part to the company's expansive studio that can accommodate the multiple productions made by the company during the year. Its office in Manhattan, New York, NY, was designed by architect Peter Himmelstein, who created a simple look that disguises the amount of technology contained in the office. The focus of the office is the central conference room shaped in a split ellipse and constructed of white acrylic panels.

Mojo-Stumer Assocs. was hired by a young couple to renovate a 4,000-sq.-ft. penthouse apartment in New York City's Manhattan district. The firm, which specializes in both architectural and interior design, put up oversized windows and glass doors around the apartment's perimeter to take advantage of its sweeping views. A crisp, neutral interior with custom furnishings that give a sense of vibrance and comfort was added to match the grand views and the abundant natural light.
