Article Abstract:

The appearance of Early Transcaucasian (ETC) artifacts in several ecologically diverse regions of the Near East is investigated. An analysis of the natural environment, population changes, and ETC pottery styles in each area reveals patterns of migration, trade and assimilation.

The Pharaohs invade Venice: from museum galleries to the Palazzo Grassi- via the Grand Canal

Article Abstract:

The Palazzo Grassi, an exhibit venue in Venice, Italy, began organizing a major exhibit of Egyptian artifacts in early 2002. Several works to the exhibits were loaned by the Museum and their transport to that venue is considered as an epic journey.
