Philadelphia Enterprise Inc, based in King of Prussia, PA, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, according to a report by the Philadelphia Inquirer. Despite the voluntary Chapter 11 petition, Philadelphia Enterprise publisher Mark Racliffe said publishing will continue and the next issue of Philadelphia Enterprise magazine will be out in mid-Oct 2000. Racliffe added that the Chapter 11 filing will not affect the firm's operations as well as its relationship with customers, vendors or suppliers.

Advertising Systems Inc (ASI) has left its Marlton, NJ, headquarters, and relocated to 8470C Remington Ave in Pennsauken, NJ. The move has expanded ASI's facilities to measure 15,000 square feet. With more space, the company has room for a complete magazine production department producing full-color monthly magazines. It is also able to offer indoor and outdoor signange, as well as warehousing and fulfillment services.
